Gian Luca is brilliant. He came to look at an overflow pipe issue and was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He arrived early clearly explained the problem and fixed it there and then.
While he was here, I mentioned that my hot water tap boiler needed a filter change. Without hesitation, he offered to do it saying he'd have time while he waited to check his fix had worked on the overflow. Above & beyond expectation!
